Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026

This Return Policy governs returns and exchanges for products purchased through Epoch Outdoors (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or replacement for a defective item, select “exchange” when submitting your request through the return portal.

Replacement items are shipped after the original item is received and inspected.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns:
Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser. 

International Returns:
Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser. 

We offer checkout+ in the following countries:
- Canada, Mexico, EU-member countries, UK

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your order upon receipt.

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days here.

We will cover shipping for defective items and either replace the product or issue a full refund.

7. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

• Final sale items, including discounted products sold for 30% off or more.
• Gift cards, digital downloads, and accessories marked as non-returnable.

8. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@epochoutdoors.com.

After 12 hours, standard return procedures apply.
