I’ve used some of the better digiscoping adapters out there, such as the Ollin and MagView adapters, and this one is the best I’ve found that is the least restrictive and easy to use. Other adapters block your wide angle lens forcing you to remove the case to take a picture with your cell phone, other ones are cumbersome to line up. The mountain mag is a great, user friendly solution to all those problems. The spotting scope magnetic donut that goes over the eye piece of your binos or spotter is so low profile you hardly notice it, while being super secure. I’m a professional cameraman and love gear that looks great, gives me flexibility, and allows me to operate in a professional manner and this adapter checks all the boxes. I’m a big fan!

We have tried to use a lot of other phone mounts and spent more time messing around trying to get the lenses to line up to get on target. This is great just snap it on and go. It makes life so much easier to setup and confirm impacts at distance. I will definitely be outfitting my other spotters with these.

Easy to set up an use. Works well with my phone and spotting scope. I'm still learning how to adjust the phone and scope, but the photos are excellent. I can't wait to take long range photos on some upcoming western hunts. I highly recommend this digiscoping system.
I have owned most of the phone scopes on the market, and they always have some sort of issue. This one is perfect. Very slim, compact, and lightweight. The eye piece goes on and isn’t big and bulky, I can still use my factory lens cover with it. The phone lines up perfect every time when you put it on the eyepiece. I think this is the best phone scope option out there.

The Mountain Mag adapter system is one of those things that seems so simple at first you wonder why nobody had done it before. The eyepiece fits snugly and evenly over the scope eyecup (Kowa TSN-55), tight enough that I am not worried about it coming off in my bag or if you had it in a side pocket out hiking. The phone adapter snaps firmly to the MagSafe spot on my iPhone and centers the lens as advertised. The magnet strength is solid, it holds my phone on even upside down and has a satisfying click when the right contact is made. I found I needed to set the eyecup to the 3rd out of 4th position to get the best FOV on my phone (no case), but you can easily align the phone so that it is pointed vertically to prevent the eyecup from wanting to twist. Shipping took a while but is well worth waiting for. Great product, am looking forward to using it more!

The fit and of this product is perfect. Depending on your phone the photo doesn’t reflect the actual product you get. Mine only has placement for one camera lense but it works awesome.
