Digiscoping with Swarovski
Swarovski glass is the reason a lot of people get into digiscoping in the first place: the image through an ATX or an NL Pure is worth keeping. The Mountain Mag turns that view into phone photos and video without a clamp, a case, or a bracket. Which Swarovski do I have?
Swarovski's modular spotters are the easy case. The ATX, STX, ATC, STC, AT and ST all take the same Mountain Mag eyepiece, and it does not matter which objective module is on the front (65, 85, 95 or 115) because the eyepiece module is what we fit. The BTX is the exception in the spotter line: it takes the same eyepiece as the EL x32 binocular. On the binocular side, the current EL, the EL Range Gen 2 and the NL Pure each have their own eyepiece, while the EL Range Gen 1, the EL from 2022 or older and the SLC WB share one. If you are not sure which EL generation you have, the year you bought it is usually enough to place it.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Mountain Mag fit the Swarovski ATX and STX?
Yes. The ATX and STX use one Mountain Mag eyepiece, and the same eyepiece also fits the ATC, STC, AT and ST. Objective size does not change the fit because the eyepiece module is shared across the modular system.
Do I need a different eyepiece for an ATX 65 versus an ATX 85 or ATX 95?
No. Swarovski's modular scopes share the same eyepiece module regardless of objective, so one Mountain Mag eyepiece covers all of them.
Which eyepiece do I order for the BTX?
The BTX takes the same Mountain Mag eyepiece as the EL x32 binocular. Pick BTX under spotting scopes in the dropdown above.
Which EL do I have: the EL, the EL Range Gen 1 or the EL Range Gen 2?
The EL Range models have a rangefinder. Gen 2 is the current EL Range; Gen 1 is the earlier one, and it shares a Mountain Mag eyepiece with the non-rangefinding EL from 2022 or older and the SLC WB. The current EL has its own eyepiece. If in doubt, email us the model and purchase year.

We add fitments all the time. Check that the eyepiece end of your optic is straight, not tapered, then measure its outside diameter with digital calipers to the nearest tenth of a millimeter and send us the reading with your brand and model. We will tell you which eyepiece to order, or whether one is on the way.
