Zeiss spotters are some of the sharpest glass we put a phone behind, and the Victory Harpia in particular produces phone footage people don't believe came from a phone. We fit the Harpia, the Conquest Gavia and Apia and the Diascope 65T FL and 85T FL, plus the Victory SF, SFL, Conquest HD/HDX and Terra binoculars. A Mountain Mag eyepiece stays on your Zeiss full-time and your phone attaches magnetically when you want the shot.

What to know about Zeiss optics
Every Zeiss spotter we fit has its own Mountain Mag eyepiece, so pick the exact model. On the binocular side the SFL is split by objective size (x40 and x50 are different eyepieces), the Terra x32 and x42 share one, and the Conquest HD and HDX x42 share one. The Victory SF x42 has its own.
How the Mountain Mag works on Zeiss optics
The system is two parts. The Mountain Mag eyepiece contours to the existing eyepiece on your optic and stays there — you glass through it as normal, and it does not have to come off. The Mountain Mag adapter goes on your phone (no special case needed) and snaps onto the eyepiece magnetically, self-centering your camera over the glass. Seat it until you feel the magnets lock and shoot. Pull the phone off when you are done; the eyepiece stays put.
You order the eyepiece by optic model (the table above) and the adapter by phone model (choose your phone here). The Mountain Mag camera app locks your phone to the right lens so it does not hunt between cameras mid-shot.

Does the Mountain Mag fit the Zeiss Victory Harpia?
Yes. The Harpia has its own Mountain Mag eyepiece, listed in the table above.
Does it fit the Conquest Gavia?
Yes. The Gavia and the Apia each have their own eyepiece.
Do you fit the older Diascope?
Yes. The Diascope 65T FL and 85T FL share one Mountain Mag eyepiece.
Which eyepiece do I order for the Zeiss SFL?
It depends on objective size: the SFL x40 and the SFL x50 take different eyepieces.
Can I leave the eyepiece on my Zeiss all the time?
Yes. The Mountain Mag eyepiece is meant to stay on and you glass as normal. The phone adapter attaches magnetically only when you want to shoot.
My Zeiss model isn't listed. Can you still fit it?
Often, yes. Check that the eyepiece end is straight and not tapered, measure its outside diameter with digital calipers to the nearest tenth of a millimeter, and send us the reading with your model. We will tell you which eyepiece to order or whether one is coming.
